Obituary of Joyce Lucille Hills

Peacefully and surrounded by her family at Parkwood Institute, Joyce Lucille Hills joined her Lord and Saviour in her eternal home on Saturday, August 15, 2020 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Doug Hills for 30 years. Loving mother of Kevin (Paulette) Alcox and Brad (Renee) Alcox. Loving Stepmom of Kevin (Christine) Hills, Kenneth (Antonia) Hills and Kelly (Jacqui) Hills. Adored Grandma of Alyssa, Kaitlyn, Davis, Robert, Nathan, Isaac, Karissa (Danny), Brandon, Jonathan (fiancé Cina), Justin (Paige), Jenelle (Gordon), Jackson, Jeffrey, Aaron, Tyler (fiancé Julia), Timothy, Kenneth, Jessica and Natalie. Dear Great-Grandma of Riley. Survived by siblings Muriel (Berkley) Matthews and Ken (Laurie) Adams. Predeceased by parents, Norman and Edna Adams; son, Brent Alcox; and sister, Marjorie Adams. Joyce will be remembered for her love of God, her passion for serving Him and her church ministries, and for her devotion to family. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted at GATEWAY CHURCH, 890 Sarnia Road, London on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior.
