Our Staff
Our dedicated and supportive staff are here to guide you through this difficult journey. We take pride in doing our absolute best to ensure your needs are met. At present we employ 10 licensed Funeral Directors, with a combined total of more than 100 years experience, and a support staff of 11. Paul Needham is the third generation in his family to provide funeral services to Londoners and has been a licensed Funeral Director since 1987. His grandparents, Russel and Louise Needham established the original Needham Funeral Home in 1928.
"I've always encouraged my staff to be themselves and not what they think a stereotypical Funeral Director ought to be. They are very comfortable with this and it has created a place where my staff want to be. I think it makes for a better, more personal relationship between families and ourselves. They are, first and foremost, professional, but also knowledgable, genuine and keen to assist. My wife, Heidi, has managed all things administrative at Westview since we opened in '97; I couldn't have done it without her! I am grateful to all my staff for the exceptional care they provide to our families and for the confidence they have given to me."
