Our Staff
At present, we employ ten licensed funeral directors, with a combined total of more than 100 years of experience, along with a support staff of fourteen.
Paul Needham is the 3rd generation in his family to provide funeral service to Londoners and has been a licensed Funeral Director since 1987. His grandparents Russel and Louise Needham established the original Needham Funeral Home in 1928.
"I've always encouraged my staff to be themselves and not what they think a stereotypical Funeral Director ought to be. They are very comfortable with this and it has created a place where they like to be. I think it creates a better working relationship between families and staff. My staff are, first and foremost, professional but also knowledgeable, genuine and keen to assist. My wife, Heidi, has managed all things administrative at Westview since we opened in '97; I couldn't have done it without her! I am grateful to all my staff for the exceptional care they provide to our families and for the confidence they have inspired in me."
