Obituary of Liz Vallance

Passed away peacefully at home in her 72nd year. Loving wife of James Vallance for 27 years. Survived by her sister Evelyn Bryans (Everette King); brothers Brian Morrice and David Morrice; in-laws Charles Vallance (Wilma Spence), Robert Vallance (Kathryn), and Jeanne Vallance; as well as her many nieces and nephews. Liz was a long-time employee at 3M. She took great pride in volunteering for Meals on Wheels; following her retirement, she became a part time volunteer for Meals on Wheels as an office assistant. Liz will be forever remembered by all her friends and family as fun, loving, spirited, with a passion for the arts and most of all her uplifting zest for life. She loved all creatures, especially her Jack Russell Terrier, Harley. Liz enjoyed seated yoga and Nia dance at the Kiwanis Seniors’ Centre. She actively participated in support groups for scleroderma and pulmonary hypertension, and her generosity extended past her last breath, making a donation to the Trillium Gift of Life Network.
