Obituary of Henry Peter Valkenburg

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Henry Peter Valkenburg, at LHSC – University Hospital, on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, in his 54th year. Predeceased by his sister, Julie Black. He is survived by treasured daughters: Natalie, Vanessa and Olivia. Adored son of Jean McLennan (née Valkenburg) and Henk Valkenburg. Beloved partner of Karen Arlint. Fondly remembered and greatly missed by sisters, Elizabeth (Mike) Barnett and Shirley Valkenburg. Adored by nieces and nephews: Richard, Brandon, Jessica, Jenifer, Tiffany, Michael, Adam, Sam, Emily and Nicole. He will be missed by his dog, Scruffy, and cat, Sadie. Henry was a dedicated entrepreneur and proud owner of Great Lakes Lawn Care and eWorkplace Training. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 3:00 ~ 7:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 12:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. The family would like to thank the 4th floor staff at University Hospital for their loving care and support.
