Obituary of Waltraud 'Trudy' Henrietta Braun

Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Parkwood Institute, on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Andreas Braun (2015). Cherished mother of Heidi Baran and Mike Braun (Cheryl). Proud Grandma of Linzi Hoffmeister (Chris). Trudy will be dearly missed by her friends, Theresa Ramsay and Pat & June Mulvaney. The family would like to offer their sincerest gratitude to Dr. George Kim and all of the staff in the Palliative Care Unit at Parkwood Institute for their kindness, compassion, care and amazing support over these past six months. At Trudy’s request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Trudy’s Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Trudy are asked to consider Parkwood Institute - Palliative Care Unit.
