Peacefully at University Hospital, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Ronald S. Mitchell (1994). Loving mother of Sherrie Oldham, Christina Stahle (Brian), and Colleen Robinson. Adored grandmother of Christopher Oldham, Autumn Oldham, Jeffery French, Nathalie Stahle, Jennifer Stahle, and Sean Robinson. Dear great-grandmother of Olivia. A private burial was held at Siloam Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Phyllis are asked to consider The Gideons International in Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
