Obituary of Patricia Couture (nee Aldridge)

Peacefully on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Victoria Hospital’s Palliative Care Unit, Mom passed into the arms of the Angels and the Arms of Dad. She was 88. Mom was surrounded by her family. Mom is survived by her five children: Roger (Brenda), Alain (Ruth), Suzanne, Jeanne (Kondra) and Corrine Crozier. Beloved Grandmother of four grandchildren: Keith (Melani), Mark, Jamie (Laurie), and Melissa (Patrick). Great-Grandmother to nine. Mom was very active in the Boy Scouts of Canada, 427 R.C.A.F. Wing, C.W.L., and St. Vincent de Paul and was a strong advocate for Home Share, L’Arche London and Community Living London. She spent over 30 years as the Kitchen Supervisor at St. Peter’s Seminary before retiring. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at MARY IMMACULATE PARISH, 1980 Trafalgar Street, London on Thursday, October 31st, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Private family interment at Woodland Cemetery following cremation.
