Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, at Victoria Hospital, on Saturday, June 1st, 2019, Cathy Helena Elizabeth Crookes, of London. Beloved wife of Eugene for 45 years. Cherished mother of Geoffrey (Nancy), Melissa Crookes (Gov), and Tara O’Neill (Mike). Very proud Nanny of her treasured grandchildren, Emma-J and Keegan O’Neill. Missed by numerous cousins, especially Tova and Linda. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of Victoria Hospital Critical Care Trauma Centre.
