Obituary of Frederick John Robert Barrow

On March 3rd 2019, Fred passed away peacefully at home in London, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Jean until her death in 1990 and Mary until her death in 2017. Dear father to his sons: David (Renee), Michael, Steve (Mona) and to his daughters: Kelly (Steve) and Sue (Mike), son-in-law, Larry and daughter-in-law, Tatjana. Loving grandfather to Amber, Tyler, Marisa, Serena, Chris, Ben, Alex, Evan, and great-grandfather to Lucas, Larissa and Mason. He will be missed by many family members in the UK. Fred was in the equipment rental business for most of his life in Canada. He loved to travel across North America and thoroughly enjoyed our spectacular country. We would like to thank the caregivers at Meadow Park nursing home for the care and compassion they have shown to Fred over the months he lived there. A memorial service will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Saturday, March 23 at 2:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Fred are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program.
