Obituary of Frederick 'Fred' Thomas Smith

Peacefully on Saturday, December 8th, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Catherine (nee Mackenzie). Loving father of Cheryl Easter (Fred), Rick, and Craig (Jo-Ann). Cherished grandfather of Julia, Natalie, Nicole and Sean. Fred enjoyed a long career at Big V Pharmacies Ltd. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Fred’s life will be held at a later date.
