Obituary of Hilda Agnes Klahsen

Peacefully at home on November 15, 2018, Hilda went home to be with her Lord. She celebrated her 90th birthday with a very festive party just 2 weeks prior. Hilda was the much loved sister to Dr. Abe Klahsen, Katie (Ken) Ferguson, Dorothy Klahsen, and Helen Lightbody. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Hilda always viewed her glass as full and overflowing. She enjoyed her gardens and will be remembered for her many years of volunteering as an accompanist for hymn sings at several nursing homes. A funeral service will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Hilda are asked to consider a charity of your choice.
