Obituary of Michael Semchism

Peacefully in his 60th year on Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018 at LHSC – Victoria Hospital after a 4-month battle with cancer. Loving and devoted husband to Heather, and father to Joseph and Matthew. Son of the late Peter and Margaret Semchism. Survived by siblings Jim (Jo-Ann), Sheila (Bill), Tom, Sharon (Stephen) and Peter (Joanne). Pharmacist owner of Greenhills Pharmacy for 33 years where he supported his patients and staff as well as the Lambeth and local First Nations communities throughout his professional career. Special thanks to the staff of LHSC – Victoria Hospital Oncology and CCTC departments. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. GEORGE PARISH, 1164 Commissioners Road West, London on Saturday, August 25th 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Private family interment at a later date at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
