Obituary of Carl E. Tomchuk

At Parkwood Hospital on Friday, July 28th, 2017, Carl E. Tomchuk, in his 92nd year. Dearest husband of Marion (Steels) Tomchuk for 67 years. Loving father of Debbie Neale. Proud Papa to Lindsay McDermott (Matthew), Andrea (Daniel Burkett), Carly and Stephanie Neale. Carl was devoted to his granddaughters and attended many skating and sports events the girls participated in. He was thrilled to be a Great Papa to Marvin McDermott. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Stephen (1981), son-in-law John Neale (2010) and his sister, Wanda. Visitation will be held in the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon, with a reception to follow from noon until 2:00 p.m. There will be a private family graveside service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The family will be forever grateful to the nurses and staff at Parkwood for the dedicated and loving care given to Carl. Special thanks to Judy Tigert.
