Obituary of George Russell Summerfield

SUMMERFIELD, George Russell – On April 23rd, 2017, George of London, passed away, in his 87th year and went to be with his wife of 65 years, Lucy May (nee Hall) Summerfield (March 11, 2016). George and Lucy are lovingly missed by their five children: Michael (Beth), Pamela (Gary), Lucy (Gordon), George (Debbie) and Etta (Lee); along with their eleven grandchildren: Eric (Alex), Carrie (Anthony), Brian, Michael (Monica), Matthew, Abigail, Berit, Walter, Robert, Liam and Katie; and four great-grandchildren: Anthony, James, Tyler and Nadia. Lucy and George are also survived by and will be missed by their nieces and nephews: Donna, Mary, Jim, Shelley, John, Bill, Laura, Betty, Jennifer, Ernie, Darryl and Wallace. A celebration of their lives will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Saturday, July 22nd, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. We also wish to thank the staff at Henley Place for all the care they provided for our parents.
