Obituary of Dr. Fred Meek

At his residence, on Monday, June 12th, 2017, Dr. Fred Meek of Plympton-Wyoming, Ontario, died unexpectedly, in his 73rd year, with his partner Ann by his side. Beloved Dad of Jon (Tara), Adam, Micah (Shannon), Cam (Becca), and Fiona (Jay). Dear brother of Carol Meek (Russ Fletcher), Pam Trenholm (Jimmy), the late Greg Meek (2017), and brother-in-law to Sue. Proud Grandpa to Lucas and Ryder; Trinity, Evan, Jordan and Connor; Heather, Leilah and Elora; and Teydon. Predeceased by his beloved wife Heather (2004). Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, June 15th, 2017 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m., where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, June 16th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment of ashes in Forest at a later date. The world lost a selfless man who always devoted his life to helping others. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Fred are asked to consider the Canadian Mental Health Association or the St. Leonard’s Society of London.
