Obituary of Helen Douglas Newton

Passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Friday, May 5th, 2017. Cherished wife of the late Richard Newton. Sadly missed by her brother Robert and his wife Ellen McPhail. Treasured aunt of Linda Turko (Andrew) and Lesley McPhail (Neal Fitzgerald); and great aunt of Andrew and Fiona Turko and Colin and Caitlin Fitzgerald. Helen will be fondly remembered by her cousins: May, Margaret and Betty; and by her extended family and friends. The funeral service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, May 9th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. As Helen had a love for all animals, those wishing to make a donation in her memory are asked to consider the London Humane Society.
