In the late ‘80s, he became an Adjunct Professor of Journalism at the University of Western Ontario. After 25 years at the London Free Press, Bob retired in 1992 and became a member of the Middlesex London Kiwanis Club, serving in various roles as historian, editor of the newsletter and member of the bequest and endowment committee. Bob loved spending time reading and writing outside on his deck in Queenston, Ontario, where he had moved this past year.
