Obituary of James Farquhar Tiller

Peacefully, at University Hospital on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Pat Tiller. Loving father of Lynda, Jennifer and James; grandfather of Jacklyne and Jess. Missed by his stepson Chris Meyler (Julie Varden), and grandsons Blake and Martin Meyler. Survived by his brothers Frank and Ken, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings Jack Tiller, Margaret Finlay, Marilyn (Midge) Morgan and Doreen Kennedy, and parents Francis John Tiller and Margaret Florence Hale. Jim served as an alderman on London City Council in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s. Thanks to the staff at ER and CCU of University Hospital for their care on Thursday. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jim are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or their charity of choice.
