Obituary of Jean M. Cook

Died peacefully, surrounded by her family, in her home on Sunday, October 30, 2016, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward Cook (1961). Cherished mother of Tamra Pittarelli (Michael) of Ottawa, and Janet Lazenby (the late Kerry) of London. Loving grandma of Maria Blair, Angela Lueck, Mario Pittarelli; Shari, Charlene and Brent Lazenby. Great-grandma of Jarred, Keith, Matthew, Timothy, Mairin, Alison and Scarlett. A memorial service to celebrate Jean’s life will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, November 3rd, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service. Private inurnment at Avondale Cemetery, Stratford will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jean are asked to consider their charity of choice.
