Obituary of Norman D. Woods

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Friday, October 21st, 2016 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Simonne, together for 54 years. Loving father of Martyn (Kathy), Dave (Gwen) and Tammy Goyeau (the late Dave). Dear grandfather of Dan (Rebecca), Meagan, Michael (Melynda) and Jessica and great-grandfather of Kalista, Mariah, Bentley, Elijah and Emily. Survived by his siblings Ruth (Wayne), John, and Tanya (Lavern). Sadly missed by his special friend, Dave Kane, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Norman worked at the St. Thomas Ford Automotive Plant for 37 years and was a member of I.A.T.S.E. Local 105 for over 30 years. Visitation will be held on Monday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, October 25th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. (with visitation one hour prior). Cremation to follow. In memory of Norman, the family asks that you pay forward an act of kindness.
