Obituary of Raymond B. Cook

At Parkwood Institute on Saturday, August 13, 2016, Mr. Raymond B. Cook, of London, in his 96th year. Raymond was born in Uxbridge, Ontario on April 5, 1921. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Helen. Loving father of Ray and his wife Marilyn, of Oakville; Ian and Brenda, of London; and Glenn and his wife Ingrid, of Burlington. Dear Grandpa of Brandon, Letitia, Kathleen and Andrew Cook. Cherished great grandfather of Brody and Owen. Predeceased by his infant son Douglas and by his grandson Robbie. The family wishes to thank the staff and volunteers of the Veterans Care section of Parkwood Institute for the wonderful compassion and care extended to Ray. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, August 18th, 2016 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A private family inurnment will take place at Avondale Cemetery, Stratford, on Friday.
