Obituary of Anthony Watson "Tony" Sr. Gardiner

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Monday, June 20th, 2016, Mr. Tony Gardiner of London, age 86. Beloved husband of the late Fay (2004). Loving father of Lisa Hardy and her husband Ray. Cherished great-grandfather of Samuel. Dear grandfather of Connor, Dana, Casey and Katie. Tony was one of 17 children, born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland. Survived by his sister Betty and family and nieces Carol and Jackie Calderwood and family. Predeceased by his sons Robbie and Tony Jr., granddaughter Nika and 16 siblings. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, June 23rd, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation and interment of ashes at a later date in Pond Mills Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex will be gratefully acknowledged.
