Obituary of Stanimir Vidojevic

It is with great sadness that the family of Steve Vidojevic announces his passing, on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at the age of 70. Steve will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years, Radosava; his children, Nikola (Bethan) and Dejan; his sister, Milena Vidojevic; and brother, Raso Vidojevic. Steve will forever be remembered by the Glisic, Lapcevic, Dukic, Frangos, La Marra, Rizzo, Dicker, O'Loughlin, and Dymus families. Steve was predeceased by his parents, Vujo and Savka Vidojevic; sister, Stevka Glisic; and brothers, Milovan and Pero Vidojevic. In 1975, Steve made the journey from Serbia to Canada to find new opportunities and soon met and fell in love with his life partner, Radosava. Together, they would build a family in London, where he would build his legacy. Steve fiercely loved his family and if you ask anyone who knew him, they would speak of his kindness and generosity. A visitation will be held on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with prayers at 7:30 p.m., at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, where a funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Memorial donations to Diabetes Canada in Steve’s honour would be appreciated by the family.
