Obituary of Peter Joseph MacVoy

Passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Wednesday, April 13th, 2016 at the age of 44. Loved by his father Charles MacVoy of London and his mother Rosemary (Jack) McIntosh of Poplar Hill. Cherished baby brother of Heather MacVoy (Dino Pasut), Kimberly (Wayne) Arnold, James (Camalla Sherzai), David (Natalie) and Mary MacVoy. Loved and adored by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Peter was a much loved teacher at Westminster Secondary School. Throughout his educational career, Peter became a Golden Ghost, a Mustang and eventually a Wildcat. Peter enjoyed the arts, especially music. His days singing a cappella with The Humdingers and The Blenders allowed him to share his gift of music. He will be sadly missed by his many friends, students and colleagues. Visitation will be held on Friday from 1:00-4:00 and 6:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, April 16th, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
