Obituary of Joseph John Pietroski

November 23, 1938 – November 5, 2015 Peacefully with his wife Lois at his side, passed away in the early hours of Thursday, November 5, 2015, at University Hospital in London. Joe was admitted three weeks ago after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. Loving father of Joseph (Sarah), Jon (deceased) (Cindy), and Jill Ann (Frank). Proud Grandpa of Kaylee, Joseph Jr., Stephanie, Caroline, Emily, Michael and Ryan. Brother of Frank, Kathleen (deceased), Jean (deceased) and Pauline. Forever in the hearts of many nieces and nephews. Joe had a distinguished 30 year career as an Executive at Manufacturers Life Insurance in Toronto, where he helped steward Manulife’s demutualization in 1999, and retired as Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary. Joe never tired of the ocean’s calmness, enjoying his time with friends in Aruba and Marco Island. At Joe’s request, there will be no service.
