Alise, you were my Earth Angel. My heart is breaking today...I only heard the news yesterday, and am devastated not to have learned sooner...to have bid you a proper goodbye...to have had the chance to meet your friends and family and hear their stories... I can't believe how connected we were (and still are) after only one in-person visit...but that's how you touched people...your soul was so beautiful (and is now), that it's understandable God would want you in Heaven with him. But for those of us left behind, this loss is unimaginable. I feel so safe now; knowing you are watching over me. You may be the one who saved us two weeks ago when the car hit...it wouldn't surprise me. No longer an Earth Angel, you are where you belong...pain-free, young, beautiful, and soaring above us...a Heavenly Angel who will always be in our hearts. I love you, and know we'll meet again someday.
