Obituary of Margaret 'Diane' Mallett

Peacefully died on Thursday, June 25, 2015, Diane Mallett of Ilderton (formerly London) in her 73rd year. Beloved mother of Scott Alkins (Lisa) of Strathroy and Shannon Tucker (née Alkins) (Kevin) of London. Loving and proud grandmother of Alana, Jake, Erin and Cole - lovingly referred to as “Mugga”. Survived by her sister Joan Gullen (Bruce) of Utopia; nieces and nephews Matthew, Alix and Jonathan. Dear friend of Lynda Thompson of Ilderton. Diane was a devoted public servant for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (retired). She enjoyed any activities her grandchildren participated in, and she was an avid figure skating fan. She enjoyed playing Bridge, travelling and spending time with her friends at Vintage Green in Ilderton. She touched the lives of many family and friends. A memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 3:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service.
