Such a sparkle she always was and she will be remembered for. I loved her dearly as I do you and Lucy. Lucy & Mike our hearts are broken. I went to pick Peyton up at Notre Dame and tears fell as I recalled numerous chats and chuckles in the big white truck while we waiting for Lucy and Nolan to emerg from school. We hope you find peace in knowing she was loved by everyone (kids , parents and teachers) at the school. She went out of her way, every chance she could to make our lives and better. All of the laughs we had at school council meetings, school dances, bingos, grade 8 graduation and the JLC have created fantastic memories of Cathys life and remind me of what a great Mom Lucy has lost! She truly lives on through Lucy , who is juat as loved at the school and missed now that she is at STA. Cathy's life leaves a wonderful example to all of us on how to treat others. Life as we all knew it changed Oct 19th and it will never be the same. The loss of Cathy for so many family and friends is overwhelming. Mike and Lucianne I can only imagine the pain that you are feeling and hope that with the help of all of us you will see your way through this time of saddness. What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us. Lucianne, your mother was the strongest women I knew and that in its self will help you. She left you her strength and her courage to guide you through times like this. Mike, there is a tough road ahead , but we know Cathy is telling you to get going and we are all there is help you along. I knew from the first day I met Cathy that she was a person that I hoped would become a part of my life. I have learned so much from her and with her help have become a stronger person . Mike and Luci I am so sorry that my condolences come so late. I stopped into the White Oaks store last week while visiting London and received the sad news. I don't have words to express my sadness at hearing of the loss of Cathy. Cathy was a tough boss but it was only because she had such passion about everything she did. She lived and breathed her family and business. I feel that I learned so much from her and feel grateful to have been a part of the Kazwear family. Luci, your mother was so proud of you. Her eyes would absolutely sparkle whenever she spoke of you. I hope that gives you some measure of peace. Mike, you and Cathy were so incredibly supportive when I lost my father and I want you to know that I am thinking of you.
