Obituary of Margaret Jane McMurray

It is with sadness but with rejoicing of our hearts of Mom’s passage to Heaven. Born November 20, 1940 and leaving our hearts but not our memories on December 16, 2014. Grampa (George), Nana (Christine) and Uncle Terry are in Heaven to welcome her and lead her to God in Heaven. Mom is going to Heaven to guide and love Sarah too. Mom (Margaret) leaves behind her son James, her daughter Carolyn (son-in-law Paul Dagg), her daughter Jennifer (son-in-law Brian Kendel) as well as her grandchildren Rachelle, Dylan, and Tyler. She also leaves behind her brother Joe (Vaike). It has been a long journey towards her rebirth to Heaven. Next time you hear thunder, know it is Mom hitting that tennis ball at rocket speed!!! Her tenacity, strength and wisdom will always be a part of us. A piece of Mom will always be in us and to those she has met and encountered. Her radiance of positive energy preceded her entrance to a room and influenced those who knew her to embrace and celebrate the woman she was. A memorial service will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, January 10th, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Margaret are asked to consider the charity of their choice or pay it forward to someone they love.
