Obituary of Gerry Cloudt

It is with great sadness that the Cloudt family announces the passing of Gerry on Sunday, November 16, 2014 in his 87th year at University Hospital. Gerry will be greatly missed by his beloved wife, Catherine, of 60 years. Loved father of Trudy, John (Karen) and Jacky (Darryl). Cherished grandfather of Aaron, Nicole, Joseph, Laura, Cole and Evan. He will also be missed by his extended family in The Netherlands. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the doctors and nurses of the Cardiac Care Unit of University Hospital for their excellent care. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street, London, on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Donations may be made to the Children's Health Foundation - PKU/Genetics or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario in his memory.
