Obituary of Edmond Grozelle

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ed at Sprucedale Care Centre on Wednesday, May 7th, 2014 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Ophelia. Cherished father of Ron and his wife Min, Larry and his wife Willy, Anne Renaud and her husband Larry, Doreen Strybosch and her husband Tony, Karen Baker and her husband Kevan, Jean Hoevenaars, Pauline Trinier and her husband Shawn, Randy and his wife Tina. Ed was loved and respected by so many. We were blessed to have him touch our lives. Loving grandfather of 30 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sisters Stella Lesperance, Julie Quesnelle and Rita Mailloux. Predeceased by his sisters Cecille Mailloux, Theresa Duval and Yvonne Mase. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Sunday, May 11th, 2014 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at All Saints Parish, 124 Front Street East, Strathroy, on Monday, May 12th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, St. Peter’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ed are asked to consider The Lung Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
