Obituary of Liza Mathai

Peacefully after a brief illness surrounded by her family and friends at Victoria Hospital on Thursday, March 13th, 2014, Liza Mathai of London at the age of 57. Beloved wife of Plammoottil Mathai and loving mother of Biju of London. Survived by her mother Annamma John of India; siblings Lilly Phillips of Dubai, Laly Mathew of Bombay, Sam John of the U.K., Sumol of Doha and brother-in-law Joseph Mathai and family of London. Also survived by many relatives in India. Predeceased by her son Libin (1998). Visitation will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Monday, March 17th from 6:00-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at St. Michael and All Angels Church, 397 Springbank Drive, London, on Tuesday, March 18th at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery.
