Obituary of Lois Mina Palmer (Wellstead)

PALMER (WELLSTEAD), Lois Mina (February 17, 1924 – February 13, 2014) On Thursday, February 13, 2014, Lois Mina Palmer (Wellstead) in her 90th year. Beloved wife of her late husband Norman Edward, sister to Margaret and Gayle, and her late siblings Leonard, Melba and Joan. Adored mother of Ronald, Karen, Steven, and David. Cherished by her daughters-in-law Lynne, Teresa, and Bernadette, son-in-law Dayton, and their extended families. Will be sadly missed by nine grandchildren and five great-children in whom she found boundless joy. Love without limits, kindness without measure, a giving heart and a ready smile, a lively mind and clever wit, a passionate eye, a caring gentle touch and always open arms—her gifts resound in us now and forever. A memorial service will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Saturday, February 22, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon; reception to follow.
