Obituary of Franklin James Lewis

At Victoria Hospital, on Saturday, February 1st, 2014, in his 96th year. Beloved husband of Elsie (née Heimbecker) for 72 years. Dear father of Ruth Ann and the late David Galloway (2000). Predeceased by his sister, Bernice and by brothers Joe and George. He will be dearly missed by Hattie Bertran, Dr. William Lewis, Ray and Linda Howard, Bev and Garry Kline, Eileen Parker, and their families. Lovingly remembered by nieces Faye Dickieson and Kelly (Perry) Cassidy, and by nephew John (Jane) Heimbecker, and their families. Frank was a WWII veteran serving with the Essex Scottish Regiment from 1941 – 1945. He was also a Shell Oil employee and Court Constable. The funeral service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Sunday, February 9th, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour before the funeral. Private family interment at Woodland Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
