Obituary of Joseph Hough

Passed away suddenly at his home on Friday, November 8th, 2013 in his 72nd year. He is survived by his loving wife Janet and by his children: Christopher (Jennifer), children Nathan and Ryan; and Sean (Lisa), children Alyssa and Abigail. Joe will be missed by his siblings: Judy Ward (John), children Kathy (Ben) and their family Emily and Ian, and Brian (Heidi), children Nicholas and Meghan; and Jean (Mike), children Carrie and Peter. He will be missed by his mother-in-law Marian Mason and by his in-laws: Barb (Brian) O’Donnell, children Kelly (Clint) and Ian (Sabrina), and Linda and David Mason, children Adrienne (J.D.) and Andrew (Alex). Also survived by cousins Bill and Mary-Lynn Young, children Erin and Sarah, and Dawn and Keith Elder, children Aurora and April. Thanks to our dear friends Bob and Eileen Munn for their ongoing support during this difficult time. Joe was well known for his love of sports and was the manager of Facilities (Arenas and Pools) for the London Public Utilities Commission. He sold real estate for over 25 years and was Past President of the London St. Thomas Association of Realtors: his co-workers at the Real Estate Board will miss him. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. as well as one hour prior to the memorial service being conducted at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Wednesday, November 13th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Joe are asked to consider the Canadian Diabetes Association.
