Obituary of Carl Raymond Baird

Peacefully, at his residence with his loving wife by his side on Wednesday, September 4th, 2013 in his 81st year. Beloved husband and best friend for 60 years to Mildred (Ross) Baird. Loving son of the late Ethel and David Baird. Wonderful Dad of Debbie (Jerry Lenehan), Darlene Baird and Patti Scurr, all of London. Proud Grandpa of Chris Lenehan (Michelle), Michelle Jackson (Chris), Brenda Simmons (Cliff), Will Pinnell (Kris) and Shanon Scurr. Also survived by nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, September 9th, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Interment, Woodland Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Carl are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Foundation – Cancer Centre or the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
