Obituary of Donald Harrison

Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 20th, 2013 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Shirley D. Harrison and cherished father of Fred (Joan), Anne (Rick Rule), David, and Mary (Brian Ross). Loving grandfather of Joel Harrison-Off, Brahm Harrison, Kathleen Parker, Kristina Robinson, Leanne Barnett, Marty Harrison, Michael Harrison, Kyla Menei and Erin Harrison and great-grandfather of 11. Dear brother of Dorothy Anderson and Jack Harrison. Predeceased by his parents and sister Betty. Special thanks to Dr. Walsh, family doctor, the Complex Care Team (CCAC) and in particular Lindsay and P.J. (nurses), Dr. Shadd and all of the PSW’s for their care, compassion and attention given to our father. The funeral service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Monday, August 26th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment, Oakland Cemetery, London. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the London Health Sciences Foundation – Cancer Centre.
